A collection of recordings or "states", extracted from live improvisation sessions by Jari Marjamäki alongside various guest musicians. The "states" portrait the inspiration found in each collaboration, reveling the connection these unexpected live situations were able to create between the musicians.
All music was recorded during 2009-2011 on a single stereo track in front of a live audience, no overdubs or additional sounds were used during post-production.
