Hamasho @ Desa Sri Hartamas, KL, Malaysia.

Quite a big bunch of us for dinner, we had our own private room to ourselves. Sake and food, absolutely smashing. I think they have two outlets in Desa Sri Hartamas, I went to the first floor branch, next to Mallar bistro on the ground floor.

You have to order the beef, beautiful. My favourite dish of the night.

Super Boring Club @ Bukit Bintang, KL, Malaysia.

Some korean japanese fusion for makan? Check this place out behind changkat bukit bintang @ Jalan Mesui. We were here for lunch but as some of us had heavy breakfast, we decided to order some dishes/snacks to share.

The tuna was done good. The chicken below was awesome, I bet it would go well with some beers.

This is my second time here and I had to order the gyoza. Seriously it's good!

Another must order dish is the eggplant as well as the beef tataki.

As usual need some greens we ordered the beef salad bowl. The food is good. Better yet, I reckon happy hour here will do some justice. Beers, soju, makgeolli and food, ahhh beautiful.

Bari-Uma @ Elite Pavilion, KL, Malaysia.

Another ramen joint worth checking out if you're at Pavilion KL area.

Decided to try their chicken ramen which came with drummets.

Add on seaweed. Set lunch came with gyoza. We ordered some yakitori as well.

Ramen was good, actually the bowl was quite big, filled me up nicely. Would definitely come back here to try their other ramens.

Gyoza King @ Orchid hotel, Singapore

something new to try by the ramen keisuke guys. gyoza set with rice. they have the usual beansprouts for starters, unlimited.... i'm such a sucker for beansprouts.

deal here, a set costs sgd 13.90, you'll get a bowl of miso soup (kinda big), a bowl of rice (you can choose the size, but if i'm not mistaken the large bowl, you gotta fork out extra, but its good quality jap rice), 2 sides and 5 pieces gyoza. it might sounds expensive, but i'll tell you its a bargain. there's about roughly 6 side dishes to choose from, some tofu, some vege, and me being a carnivore , i chose 1 sesame chicken, and i think chicken with mayo potato thingy.

For the gyoza i opted the chicken as well. rice was good, the side dish, chicken with mayo potato was good, and i think i'll go for some vege next time. The gyoza however was a bit of  a let down, but with this type of pricing, i'll give it again another go, before i make up my mind. Hopefully next round it'll pack a bit more punch.
