Haven't had this in ages, a halal Hainanese chicken rice. Went to their branch in Glenmarie.

My standard order here would be the roast chicken rice, kerabu mangga and calamansi asam boi juice. Food is still good. Yummy.

Back to his original spot, this is the only outlet that sells Nasi Ganja Shukri at the moment. Food is still impeccable and worth it.

Oh man, this whole meal is worth every penny. Portions were huge and taste wise, superb. Confirmed plus chopped food coma after this meal.

This has become my favourite spot for nasi kukus Kelantanese style in Denai Alam. Been coming here I reckon since 7 years ago? 

My to go for would be the fried chicken or mutton. Beef is good too, haven't tried the duck though.

I got the mutton this round, portions are quite generous.

Make sure to get the sambal too, it's to die for. It may look like a simple meal but trust me the food here is like on steroids.

Random walk in for lunch the other day, place piqued my interest for nasi kandar. Ordered some chicken, telor sotong, some cabbage and mix gravy.

I find it pretty decent for a nasi kandar in Shah Alam. Place is clean and servers are attentive. Yeah, good stuff!

Was in the vicinity and wanted a quick bite, did a quick google map search and this place piqued my interest.

Went for the the mixed beef noodles with the type of noodles called mee champa. A very decent find if you're in this area. Definitely can relate to my taste buds. Yeap I'll be back next time when I'm in this hood.

Found another hidden gem in Subang Perdana, a good nasi kandaq! Superb.

Don't forget to ask for the kerak from the frying of chicken to top up on your plate. Mix gravy, ooohhhhh yummy. Try the mutton curry as well for some heart clogging arteries, beautiful.

Another brekkie spot in Denai Alam is this place. Serving Eastern Malaysia delights. This round I noticed they serve roti sarang burung. Had to get it as this is my first time trying this version of roti canai.

Basically it's a roti canai with an egg in the middle, love the runny yolk. Condiments will be the curry, sambal and rendang. To sum it up, power packed breakfast of champions. It was a good breakfast meal indeed.

Found a good place for patin tempoyak in Kampung Melayu Subang. They serve other stuff as well, I would say it's Malay kampong food.

Nasi Lemak in Kampung Melayu Subang. Come early for breakfast here, some of the dishes are sold out by the time I got here 9ish am. 

Sambal is super good, taste like those home cooked ones. I took some spare parts and sambal petai. Honestly this is one good nasi lemak that I can actually eat just the rice with sambal on its own.

I been wanting to check out this asam laksa stall, but the place opens late at 3pm. Finally one day I managed to go and check it out and tapau.

Make sure to order the asam laksa with the fishball. I came with no expectations or whatever. But the moment I had the first sip of the broth. Damn! This is good stuff. As you can see the portions were good too. Superb.

First time trying a briyani with air asam. It's a bit different but it works quite freaking good actually. They got this big ass pots up front, choose your protein of chicken, beef or mutton.

Ain't that a beaut, ayaq asam!!! I couldn't decide which meat so I hit beef and mutton. Yup it's a huge portion. Taste wise, superb. I whacked the whole plate clean.

The kopi shop is actually in Bandar Pinggiran Subang side and if you're in this area, do check out the curry noodles in this shop. Nicely done.

This is the standard portion, next time I'll upsize add more foo chuk and seeham. This was one good brunch.

Finally managed to check out this place for its ayam geprek, I had it packed and eaten at home. Went for the full set, comes with a quarter chicken, tauhu, tempe, rice and salad. 

They didn't give some kicap manis, thank god I had some ABC kicap manis stocked at home. Somehow for me it won't be complete with some kicap manis. Now portion is good for one person, I took the spiciest level of sambal(good shit, literally and physically) and chicken was yummy, nicely battered and fried to perfection. This is good stuff.

Off the beaten track, friend already make a reservation off we went for lunch here. A simple tai chow place which also doubles up as the owner's house.

Winner winner chicken dinner, sorry in this case lunch and roast goose! They have other stuff as well if you don't fancy goose.

Executed well, roast goose here is superb, yummy. Now for their other dishes we tried quite a bit. Everything was good, actually I enjoyed my lunch here.

By the time the claypot fish curry came out, I was pretty stuffed. By the way, the lady serving us was very friendly and what she recommended was all good, thank you.
