Dameya has relaunched his website http://www.dameya.net/  for Domestic Japanese customers, with a more modern layout and sophisticated features.

1/144 PzKpfw IV ausf.D (Kit)
This workhorse of the Wehrmacht is provided here in exceptional detail for a 1/144 kit, I think this release may have something to do with the sucess of "Girls und Panzer" Anime? (see below!)

1/144 Panjandrum (Kit)
A quick google search doesn't reveal an other models of the item, along with Hobart's Funnies, it was conceived to counter act German defences on the beaches of Normandy by smashing a path through obstacles in its path. Although spectacular it was not a very effective device and it never reached full production. (see also CGDs Hobarts funnies)

Another finely produced kit of the largest designated infantry weapon, designed not as an antitank weapon but rather for demolishing obstacles and strong points/bunkers. It was also mounted on or integrated into other self-propelled platforms

1/144 Churchill AVRE with Deep Wading Device - CGD

1/144 WWII British Churchill AVRE
(Assault Vehicle Royal Engineer) With Deep Wading Device

Following the lesson learnt form the failed landing attempt at Dieppe, and in preparation for the major landing operation in Normandy, British standard Churcill tank was specially modified into the AVRE (Assault Vehicle, Royal Engineers).

The main gun was replaced by a 290mm muzzle loading mortar specially for clearing concrete obstacles. It fired a 40lb. spigot high explosive shell nicknamed the Flying Dustbin. The vehicle was also fitted with standard attachment points so that it could be modified into other special purpose vehicles such as the Churchill Bobbin and Fascine.

This tank formed the back bone of "Hobart's Funnies" which took part in the Normandy landing in 1944.

Available: September 2011
Price: $18.90

Purchase: CGD Shop

1/144 US Sherman Calliope Rocket Launcher T34

1/144 US Sherman Calliope Rocket Launcher T34 - CGD

The Sherman tank was the most widely used Allies tank in WWII. A lot of variations and updates were performed on the vehicles and some special purpose vehicles were also produced.

The Sherman Calliope was a successful attempt to mount the T34 Calliope System on a Sherman tank. The system was a multiple rocket launch system with 60 X 107mm rocket launching tubes. The system utilized the Sherman turret rotation and gun elevation as means of operation. The Sherman Calliope was able to deliver massive indirect support fire. But the effect, like other similar systems such as Soviet Katyusha or German Nebelwerfer, are more psychological than physical. About 200 were made in 1944.

CGD Sherman Calliope Full - $19.90 - (CGD@EBAY)
Takara WTM Calliope Conversion - $7.50 (CGD@EBAY)

1/144 British Sherman Crab II - CGD

1/144 British Sherman Crab II - CGD

This tank was a member of "Hobart's Funnies" which took part in the Normandy landing in 1944. The Sherman Crab was used for clearing mine fields with its rotating flail. The flail rotated in a direction pushing and detonate the mines out to the front of the tank rather than down under the tank for obvious reason.

The Crab II was an improved version with cutters to tear up barbed wire; chalk dispensing bin on both sides to mark path cleared of mines; and a pair of lit masks to help coordination between several Crab IIs working together.
