1/144 Ju-87G 'Stuka' DUAL COMBO SUPER44 - Eduard

1/144 Junkers Ju 87G 'Stuka' DUAL COMBO SUPER44 - Eduard

Not much information at the moment, probably just a reissue with two in a box rather than a remold?
Interesting strategy though, having let Mark 1 models re-issue their old back catalogue 109s & 190s Eduard then choose to reissue their Ju087s themselves?

Release Date: March 2014

1/144 Spitfire Mk.IXc - Eduard

1/144 Spitfire Mk.IXc  - Eduard

For the March (2013)  plans I have kept the small Spitfire Mk.IXc in the SUPER44 line for last.

It is similar to the Mk.IXe from October, but with some differences. It has a different fuselage,
wing, exhausts, wheels.

In short, it is specifically a ‘C’.

1/144 Junkers Ju-52 & Photoetch Set - Eduard

1/144 Junkers Ju-52 'Airliner'  & Photoetch Set - Eduard
When announced a month or so back, it did seem a little curious, however here we have the first in a possible range of issues for 'Airliner' Variants of the venerable Ju-52.

Instruction sheet: http://www.eduard.com/store/out/media/4423.pdf

I think you all know about the Ju-52 so I won't dwell on that. However,  D-2527 was registered to Lufthansa and was a tribute to WWI Manfred Von Richtofen and was used as a one of the personal transports of another WWI Ace although known more notoriously with his role as head of the Luftwaffe - Hermann Goring.

Painting this properly could be a task and a half ( link )

To coincide with the release of this kit Eduard are also to release an eye watering and finger boggling inter photo etched set (to be available at additional cost) to fit out the interior of the kit.

Available: January 2013

I do hope that this does not mean that the 'military mould' has been converted to the 'Airliner mould'?

1/144 Ju-52/3m (Super 44) Reissue - Eduard
As had been noted, and clearly not as exciting as the Spitfire announcement....   though I know some people still hunt down these as they very nicely made.

Eduard are to reissue their Ju-52/3m (and PE set to follow) estimated for September 2012.

The detailing looks nice, and if the "Super44" series = "a 1/144 Series" then it could be an interesting time next year for a range of new Eduard Quality kits?
