24x18 watercolor on 140 lb cold press paper done with spicing up neutrals usually put into play for these type animals. Eyes are a mix of black India ink. One can feel the dust swirling around this massive beast. It was sketched and painted from an earlier drawing. A WIP for this one can be seen on this blog 3-14-14.

You Can Never Draw Enough Zebras
8x5 watercolor and ink on paper that is today's work. Done quickly as I didn't have much time, a Micron 01 pen used to sketch from a small china figurine, very old. Cool colors splashed on with a 1" flat brush of blues and greens finished the simple piece.
