Mayday Garden Bench
12x12 acrylic redo of a previous painting of same garden bench subject as surrounded by May flowers. I enjoyed painting the texture of the rock wall behind the old weathered wooden bench. This is on 140 lb cold press wc paper (Masters Touch).

Pepsi Generation
22x26 watercolor on medium weight Yupo of two teenagers relaxing on a warm Saturday afternoon. I shot the photo during a flower market event in Odessa, TX. A cruciform design was used and I left their shirts the white of the paper. I liked the garden bench and added heart shapes to reflect young love.

Garden Nook
10 3/4 x 16 inches, watercolor on 300 lb Saunders paper, a totally imaginary scene of a quiet place to sit, read, or rest awhile. My basket of roses and straw hat are on the old concrete bench while a trellis supports other garden plants and flowers.
