So Glad

Fuchsia Gladiolus

9x6 watercolor on Grumbacher 140 lb cold press paper done this afternoon from part of a birthday bouquet; the gladiolus fuchsia color was too exciting to not paint. Sketched from life the floral watercolor was done in 25 minutes in a wet on dry technique. COPYRIGHT 2023 Kay Smith
