Twelve Classic Flintloque packs return new pictures and expanded

The World of Valon is a vast place and always getting bigger with releases across all of the armies which march in games of Flintloque and Slaughterloo.  A part of this process is a continual replacement of our mold stocks to ensure clean and crisp castings are shipping out all over the world from here in Scotland.  Typically we do not discuss re-molding as it is a routine act (though some ask us all the same) and speak about it only when something special happens.  A long lost returning, a not before seen classic, a re-master of a pose and such things.  We have all of that here now with a dozen classic packs back in production and with new pictures too.

The easiest way to get these across to you is in an article and if you follow the link for each code you can see it where it resides in the range.  Elves of Armorica, Orcs of Albion and rebels of Joccia and Guinalea all feature.

56003 Joccian 45 Rebels:  Joccia is a land of mountains and misty glens where wild Haggis roam free.  In the upheaval of the Ferach Revolution the Ratmen of this land rebelled against the Orcs of Albion.  The '45 Rebellion was a vicious conflict and one lost by the Joccians.  These Ratmen carry primitive weapons. Go HERE.

54011 Bog Orc Guinalean Rebels: Guinalea is a proud place and the home of the Bog Orcs and much like Joccia it has been occupied by the Army of Albion and this resulted in rebellion and at times open war against the Orcs.  These Bog Orcs are armoured and carry firelocks.  Go HERE.

5020A Captain Willorc Brooke:  An Orc Officer who was the star of the 2nd edition of Flintloque called 'Flintloque Reloaded'.  Retired in 2008 and now re-mastered this officer can lead any section in your Army of Albion.  Go HERE.

54516C Sir Markus Conclave: The Kings Own Rockette Batteries or K.O.R.B are the exotic artillery of the Army of Albion.  Their purpose built launching platforms send rocket off in soaring dizzy arcs often as dangerous to the Orcs as to their Elvish enemies.  Sir Markus Conclave is the prime mover in the K.O.R.B and leads from the front in Catalucia. A single 28mm scale metal miniature.  An Orc Officer in greatcoat with monocle.  Re-mastered and returned.  Go HERE.

54000 62nd Foote Command: Three Orcs of the 62nd Foote two officers and a sergeant. 28mm scale metal miniatures.  Orc Officer with Sword over his shoulder (A), Orc Officer with Sword raised and arm extended (B) and Orc Sergeant advancing with Halberd (C).  Use to lead your sections and units of the 62nd Foote.  You can choose from a pack or single poses.  Go HERE.

54007 62nd Foote Centre Company: Three Orcs of the 62nd Foote. 28mm scale metal miniatures in three poses with Bessie Musket and Bayonets.  Centre Companies of the Regiment. Go HERE.

54008 62nd Foote Light Company: Three Orcs of the 62nd Foote.  28mm scale metal miniatures in three poses with Bessie Musket and Bayonets.  Light Company skirmishers.  Use alongside pack 54000, 54007, 54010 in your forces. Go HERE.

54010 62nd Foote Fusiliers: Three Orcs of the 62nd Foote. 28mm scale metal miniatures in three poses with Bessie Musket and Bayonets. The Fusiliers of the Regiment. Use alongside pack 54000, 54008, 54008 in your forces. Go HERE.

51513 Elf Line Artillery Crew: This code gives you an Elf gun crew with limber horses which go with any Ferach Empire cannon, howitzer, mortar or any other artillery piece.  An officer in greatcoat with papers, gunner with ball kneeling, gunner with rammer, gunner with match, Two gunners in pushing positions plus limber horse with saddle and limber horse with tackle.   Find rules for artillery in 5027 Grapeshotte and 5030 Slaughterloo.  This includes re-mastered pack codes 51027 and 51028.  Go HERE.

51006 7th Command of the Garde: This expanded re-mastered pack contains Five Elves on foot. Officer of the Garde (Line Infantry), Officer of the Ligne (Line Infantry), Officer of the Chasseurs (Light Infantry), Spy Master Major K'less with Glasses and Spy Master Major K'Less without Glasses which is newly added to the pack.  You can choose singles from this pack.  Go HERE.

51029 Chef du Compagne:  A very useful pack for both Flintloque and Slaughterloo containing two Elves on foot and an Elf riding a Horse.  Elf Drummer (A) for line units and sections, Elf Officer in greatcoat with running horse (B) and Eagle Banner Bearer in greatcoat (C). You can choose a pack or any pose in the pack (see the letters on the poses) on this page in any quantity.  Go HERE.

There you go and we hope you enjoy.  Several new options and some codes not seen in ten or even twenty years.

Joccian Riding Cows and new Limber Cow now in resin

There were rumours about a while back that Alternative Armies would be continuing the re-mastering of the existing mounts range for Flintloque and also perhaps expanding the Joccian Army as well. It was true! Last week the new 56520 Joccian Light Infantry made its debut and now we have not only replaced the white metal riding Highland Cow with a resin version with a price reduction but we also have a new limber Highland Cow which is with the artillery crew and divisional box too. Go HERE for the Army of Greate Britorcn or read on for all the codes which have been updated. This is our last Valon release and news for the month of May 2018.

The new resin Highland Cows are identical to the white metal ones except in a change to a high quality grey tone resin for the body (the separate head remains in white metal) so your riders will continue to be ideally suited to their bovine charges.

Here are pictures of the Highlands Cows showing their parts and sizes. The riding cow has a saddle and works with most 28mm riders who fit wider horses. The new limber cow is fitted with tackle and also has a yoke and also a saddle if you wish to place a rider upon it. You can purchase these creatures in the new 56511L Riding and Limber Cows code selecting either cow in any quantity on the page to add to your forces. There are five codes altered with this news.

56511 Joccian Greys – New Lower Price
The famous North Britorcn Cavalry the Joccian Greys. Mounted on shaggy haired Highland Cattle they are a veteran regiment and have served many campaigns all across Valon. They are light cavalry armed with swords. Choose from a single trooper, pack of five or a unit of ten each with a saving. There is an officer, standard bearer and a trooper pose. The riders and cow heads are white metal and the cow bodies are resin. Go HERE

56535 Joccian Command
The Joccian Command Set gives you four officers on foot and two mounted for all purposes. Use in all Joccian sections and units. Officers are Aggressive, Officer Cowardly, Officer Dastardly and Officer Heroic. The Mounted Colonel is on a Ram and Mounted General on resin Cow. Go HERE

LE028 General Gordon
The commander of all the Ratmen in Catalucia and right hand of the Lord Wheeling-Turn all the regiments of Joccia are inspired by the sight of Archrat Gordon. Now mounted on a resin cow. Limited to one thousand numbered packs only. Go HERE

56515 Joccian Artillery Crew
The foundries of Joccia make almost all the cannons used by the Army of Albion so troops have a lot of time to practice at home. They are fine gunners. These Six Big Ratmen are classed as Gun Crew. An Officer and Five Gunners as well as two of the new resin Limber Cows. Add them to your collection. Go HERE

Lastly for those who wish to gain enough miniatures in one box for a dozen different Flintloque sections or an entire force for Slaughterloo while saving 18% off list prices there is the 56500 Joccian Divisional Army Pack which now comes with the new resin cows. Thanks for your attention and here are details of our two week long offers

56520 Joccian Light Infantry released this May Day Weekend!

Now released our big new code for the May Day Weekend the skirmishers for the Ratmen of Joccia!  Replacing the original 56520 miniatures are eight new poses of light infantry sculpted by Elton Waters and lovely they are too.  A Flintloque unit of twelve or single poses. Plus they are now in the Joccian divisional army pack for Slaughterloo too. Go HERE or read on for more information.

The Army of Greate Britorcn is made up of several partner countries such as The Orcs of Albion, the Bog Orcs of Guinalea, the Hob Goblins of Taffsea and the Ogres of conquered Hunvaria but it is from Joccia the land of the Ratmen that some of the hardest fighting regiments hail.  The warren like stone cities of Glasgee and Edinborge as well as Dungdee and Hayr offer up Lowland Rats who unlike their bigger cousins from Strathcarnage are more numerous and much more comfortable with fireloques in the aftermath of the 45' Rebellion.

56520 Joccian Light Infantry
This code contains eight different white metal 28mm scale poses of Ratman in light infantry uniforms of the Britorcn Army.  These are an officer sword in hand pointing the attack, a musician with bugle, sergeant in greatcoat and tam o shanter and kneeling trooper with musket raised.  Trooper poses are kneeling with musket level, with musket advancing in greatcoat, firing musket while stepping forward and musket raised wearing tam o shanter.  Very characterful miniatures ideal for skirmishing and supplied in your choice of a unit of twelve (one of each pose plus four additional random and different troopers) or single miniature if you wish to increase your force.  Supplied with our resin cartouche bases. You can also choose to purchase these miniatures painted and based for immediate use.  Go HERE.  Price 24.00GBP per unit.

The Ratmen of Joccia feature in 5025 Flintloque 3rd Edition War in Catalucia as well as the account and statistics for these skirmishers. If you wish to play mass battle then look no further than the big brother of Flintloque and that is 5030 Slaughterloo.  Field entire divisions of infantry, cavalry and artillery led by a general and over that a commander in chief with an easy to learn and tactically satisfying game system.  It uses the same miniatures and we supply a range of excellent value (saving around 18% off regular prices) of Slaughterloo Divisional Army Packs (DAP) each of which gives you a whole force including bases which also doubles as a dozen of more Flintloque sections too.  Go HERE for the book in print and as a digital download plus the new Light Infantry feature in 56500 Joccian Rat Division as well.  Have a read and a look.

The miniatures shown in the pictures here were painted by the talented Mark Taylor who fields a very impressive Greate Britorcn and Ferach Empire armies.  Our thanks to him for his wonderful efforts.

As we said at the top of this article these are new sculpts in the 56520 code.  They replace those of the turn of the millennium and have greater diversity and now an original commander and musician rather than those taken before from 56503 Glasgee Lowlander line infantry.  We hope that you like them and that they fit well into your forces.

Next Week we will have a free article for you about these new miniatures.  A Uniformation article giving you all you need to field these Joccian skirmishers in your games of Flintloque and Slaughterloo.  It will be hosted on our website.  In the meantime check out our Free Downloads page for a lot to read.

Enjoy the May holiday weekend and thank you for your time!
