AS032 Planetary Archivist Garren Madwon: Two nearly identical metal miniatures in 28mm and 15mm scales which are both one piece.  Great for any sci-fi game system. A Human in robes laced with golden threads with an astrotech staff, neuro helmet and a holstered blast pistol The pair are one code and you may have the 28mm on its own as AS03228 in the Alternate Stars Range and the smaller one in the HOF 15mm Range as AS03215 if you desire.

With his astrotech staff this 28mm character will work as a specialist or a civilian or even a space opera monk on your table.  Above next to other Alternate Stars miniature a Star Merc and Info Bot as well as a Female Betrayer from the Ion Age and Psi Operative by Halcyon Miniatures.

The idea for Garren Madwon came from a pencil sketch by our dear friend Andy Gorman who is a talented chap and did (among other things) the cover art for HOF Fire Team written by Gav Syme and Bob Minadeo.  He has been rather under the weather so it was our pleasure to turn his sketch into a dual scale metal reality!

Franciscan Monks new 15mm Renaissance releases

Men of faith and of compassion have now made their 15mm scale appearance into our huge 16th Century Renaissance Range.  Six different poses of Franciscan Monks on foot which are ideal to add to the camps of your Italian Wars armies.

The new codes are MR174 through to MR179 and depict robed monks walking, marching, praying, standing, kneeling and with holy cross. They are all single miniatures like the rest of the range for maximum choice.

Sculpted by Sam Croes they join the array of infantry, cavalry, command, gunners, artillery, personalities as well as scenic pieces in the range.

Furioso is a set of wargames rules that covers European warfare in the sixteenth century. The rules allow players to fight large scale land battles with a simple to use and enjoyable gaming system.  Furioso can be played using any scale of miniatures. It's Easter and for its weekend we present a mighty new code from Halycon Miniatures which is cute in a ‘really terrifying’ sort of a way. The Gnawbuck Mutagen is here!  Added to the recently Warlouse Cavalry as well as the sci-fi infantry and others in this 28mm range.

HAL042 Gnawbuck Mutagen:  One metal and resin kit.  You can assemble the supplied ten pieces into a 'rabbit' variant or a 'rat' variant of a heavily muscled behemoth. It is 50mm tall, 65mm wide and 50mm deep.  Shown on a 75mm round base (not included).  We show BOTH variants built and painted but ONE kit with all pieces is supplied; you will have parts for your bits box left over.

Will you make a Rabbit or a Rat?  Perhaps something else by assembling the parts differently...

Bradley Miniatures presents new 15mm vehicles

From the talented hands of Bradley Miniatures (who has an extensive 6mm range made by us) come three further 15mm scale vehicle kits for your science fiction battlefields.  Adding to the tanks, towed artillery, drop pod and others is a super heavy hovercraft and two variants of an armoured car.  Let us see the new goodies in the Bradley Miniatures 15mm Range.

BR1510 Gotha Heavy Hovercraft: The Gotha is often used as a command vehicle in hover formations.  It features an impressive electronic suite as well as greater armour and the ability to carry a full squad of assault troops.  One of the largest hovercraft ever constructed. A 15mm scale kit in high quality resin and metal with all parts required to build one. Supplied is the main hull, top turret, a set of fins plus two different main weapons for a choice (Tri-Barrel Cannon and Energy Cannon). When assembled this vehicle is 120mm long, 70mm wide and about 35mm tall.

BR1509A Carver Scout Car: The six wheeled Carver provides mobile armour for infantry formations.  Tough and dependable it comes in two primary variants the more common turret and the 'stug' variant which gives up internal space for a heavier weapon. One 15mm scale kit in high quality resin and metal with all parts required to build one Carver Scout Car.  Supplied is the main hull, six wheel piece, turret, main gun and secondary weapon.  When assembled this vehicle is 60mm long, 30mm wide and about 30mm tall.

These are our last 15mm science fiction releases during the Spring Mega Event and soon the any scale AS031 Warbot III which is free in all orders placed automatically (until 24th April) will not longer be.  We think it looks pretty neat next to the Carver Scout Stug.

Wheeled Gremlins four new 15mm Ion Age vehicles

“We reached the Star Port and I have never seen such a sight before and hope never to again.  It had been a damn hard fight to push the Styx Legion out of the Northern Sector and it had cost us dear.  Over six hundred killed and wounded but had it not been for the moth rotary cannons on our Gremlin AFV’s it would have been much higher. The rubbacrete pads were intact but strewn with bodies, so many bodies; not all of them intact.  The Legionaries do not provision the Maligs so they tend to their own needs.  Vermin.  We sought them out and took our vengeance for those civilians.  It seemed the enemy plan had been to bring a Dragonship down on the main pad. We aimed to stop that.” Captain Abraham Tull, 48th Planetary Defence Regiment, Northern Sector.  4346 IC.

Following on the heels or should that be skirts of the new Gremlin family of vehicles in their hover variants and the treads of four tracked variants we now release the final four which are wheeled of this medium vehicle. The Gremlin gives Planetary Militia, Grima and sometimes Muster added mobility and firepower that out classes the smaller Adder for weaponry and outpaces the much heavier Mullo classes of transport.  These are all our 15mm Ion Age releases for April and May.

If you are new to the 15mm Ion Age range then our suggestion is to begin with the Patrol Angis book or game pack with miniatures, battlesuits and bases with a saving.  Once you are ready to progress from infantry level skirmish and want to add vehicles then seek out Callsign Taranis for this. The greatest foe of Humanity is the alien Shia Khan Empire.  In the third book of the series The Khanate Return you can add these aliens as well as Grima and Planetary Militia forces to your play in the Camarthen Prime campaign.  Books in print and as digital download.

Warbot III new any scale miniature free in orders until 24th April plus news

Spring is upon us!  Yes, the winter is near done even in Scotland (some ruddy strong storms hit us as you might recall) and with it something a lot of wargamers have been looking forward to and marking on their calendars nears….the Spring Mega Event.  The event begins on Thursday 27th March 2025 and will have more than fifty new releases as well as the blanket discount across our huge array of ranges. Full details when the time comes and now we say goodbye to EH09 Flower of Evil III as it joins all the other Formerly Free Codes with a hearty saving and we say hello to some heavy hitting firepower instead for free.

Until 24th April 2025 the new AS031 Warbot III model is automatically put into every order shipped out from us. AS031 Warbot III:  This code contains all the parts to assemble one any scale use four legged robot armed with a missile pod and two rotary cannons.  A resin body and two sets of legs with two identical metal cannons. It is 40mm across and 25mm to tallest point. Added to the Alternate Stars 28mm science fiction range where you will find its two brothers (see them below) and much else.  

In 6mm scale the Warbot is a full size mecha, in 15mm scale it is a battlesuit or walker with a pilot and in 28mm it is a sentry robot or mobile enforcer.  Take a look and see...

FM24v2 The Silent Shambler:  A one piece metal miniature which is 37mm tall to the top of the figure. Long arms ending in claws and a mouth full of teeth this creature never makes a sound.  Sculpted by Nick Bibby and our one painted by Studio Maxi to perfection.  It will function in 28mm scale but also 15mm and even 6mm as a monster.

What are ‘Wee Beasties’?  It is a Scottish term usually applied to any tiny or small insect, critter, mammal which bits or scratches and for which the real name is not readily to hand.

VNT52 Wee Beasties:  This code contains three different any scale metal miniatures which are creatures of the same armour plated species.  An ‘adult’ a ‘juvenile’ and an ‘infant’.  Use them in your fantasy or science fiction games in 28mm, 15mm or 6mm scale. Shown on 25mm round resin bases they are 27mm long, 13mm long and 7mm long respectively.

IAF184 Burgeon Retained Bike new 15mm Ion Age with Patrol Angis rules

“Among the ranks of the Retained Knights you will find the Burgeon. Our last 15mm sci-fi release of the year is here and is roaring into sight.  The new Burgeon wheeled bike (Ventus Model 407 Steed) is added to the range.  You can see it above with a hulking Afara Strider in the livery of the Prydian Army.

IAF184 Burgeon Wheeled Bike: The Retained riders of the semi-sentient steed the Ventus. A sleek and speedy vehicle. The Regiments of the Prydian Army and the Marcher Barons alike has platoons that are mounted on bikes for added mobility and fire power.  Few have the reliability and rugged survivability as the Model 207. Used for scouting missions as well as battle roles it is popular with its riders. With this set you can depict the bike in action or idle or the rider on foot for maximum flexibility. Great for skirmishing and then combining with other Prydian codes for larger formations and battles.

This code comprises three different poses of 15mm scale resin miniatures. You can also purchase each pose from this code as a single miniature for maximum flexibility.  When selecting single poses they are numbered 1 through to 3, running left to right.

This updated version contains game rules for the Ventus series of Retained Bikes.  Use them in Patrol Angis.

Get into Patrol Angis the fast paced skirmish game set during the Prydian Civil War.  Three different books and also a game pack with miniatures to get you started. Infantry level in the core book then add bigger vehicles with Callsign Taranis and then explore the war against the aliens with The Khanate Return.

Check out all the BIKES in the massive 15mm Ion Age Range on ‘filter by’ search.  You can use this feature to trim down what you see so that looking for SHIA KHAN or GRIMA ROBOTS for example the website will show you all of these.  With nearly two hundred codes to choose from it can be daunting.  Also within each code you can choose the pack or singles from it.
