Warm Wishes!

Hi there! I'm sharing the card I made for the Fall Coffee Lovers bloghop. Precious Remembrance Shop is one of the sponsors so I thought I would feature Dyane's fabulous products!

I've used three sets on this card. The cup is from the Coffee Love set, the leaves and speckles are from the Fall Colors set (one of my favorites!) and the bus is from the School Days set.

 

My thought process for this card comes from two different sources. The first being bus stop moms! How many times have I driven by seeing the kids huddled together while waiting for the bus. And then there is the huddle of moms. Some in their bathrobes or PJs, some in sweats, some in their work clothes. Most of them holding their cherished cup of coffee!

The second comes from the memories of Sweet P and her mommy hitting the Dunkin Donuts drive-thru before school for 1st grade teacher mommy's much needed kick start of hot coffee!

2016 Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!

Oh the weather outside is frightful, but my dear you're so delightful!! Yep, you guessed it, the white stuff is on the ground. So this was a relaxing snuggle in kind of day. 

I'm sure you're aware of the 2016 Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! Precious Remembrance Shop is one of the sponsors this year. After stamping the coffee cup (Coffee Love), I stamped it with a border (Holiday Wishes) to create a candy cane stripe design then trimmed it out. I stamped another lid to be popped up with foam tape. There's a paper pieced sleeve, twine bow and tag (Pretty Pink Posh ~ also a sponsor!) added for more festive accents. The sentiment is from the Joy stamp set.

My card base was dry embossed with a knit design. Next came the PPP Stitched Banner Duo and PTI snowflake dies cuts. I think it's festive, how about you!

Just a Little Something...

Hey there! Popping in today with a cute little number I put together for the Summer Coffee Lovers Bloghop! I actually thought of this just before going to bed last night.

I remembered the tiny cup from Precious Remembrance Shop's Coffee Love set thinking it would look cute kind of willy nilly on this Pretty Pink Posh Stitched Borders 3 die. After stamping the cup in PTI's Green Parakeet and Pale Peony inks, I added the splatters from PRS Positive Thoughts stamp set using PTI's Kraft ink. This was added to a white panel stamped with the Coffee Love sentiment. A PPP Mini Tag die holds a single cup. It's topped with a sweet Mama Elephant bow. A few PPP Lime Sorbet (4mm & 6mm) sequins for sparkle because who doesn't like a little sparkle!!

Fall Coffee Lovers Bloghop!

Hello and welcome! I'm joining the Coffee Lover's Blog Hop for the first time! The Precious Remembrance Shop is one of their sponsors with the beautiful Fall Colors stamp set up for grabs! Dyane contacted the DT to invite us to hop along and share a little PRS inspiration. 

My card began with a watercolored background. The grid and specks are from the Fall Colors set. Next I stamped the cup from the Coffee Love set using kraft ink. I colored the lid with Zig markers and paper pieced a liner. The sentiment is also from the Fall Colors set. 

I stamped and colored the leaves (Fall Colors) using kraft ink and Zig markers. After trimming them out I formed them into a cluster to anchor the coffee cup. A button and rustic twine adorn them for some added texture. 

I have Wink of Stella on the lid and leaves. It's not showing up well here, but it looks so pretty!! 

I'm also playing along at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge ~ use a stamp...I've used several! And Word Art Wednesday is having an anything goes challenge!
