Homework - foods and recipes
Dear all,
For Thursday: read (or reread) pg. 98-99 in Nya Mål. On page 100, do "fördjupningsuppgifterna." Write out a recipe that you associate with your childhood and answer the question about the differences and similarities - based on the text in the book - between the food culture when you grew up and the one in Sweden.
I am including a list of translated Swedish cooking terms to use for this assignment. In addition, I am translating some common American cooking measurements to Swedish so that you will be able to use a Swedish recipe cooking in the US and, if needed, vice versa.
