THE DONNAS/TOILET BOYS split 7"

The Donnas ,towards the end of their existence ,sounding much like the Runaways and Kiss ,and other 70's hard rock outfits ,meet the Toilet Boys ,who also favor the sound of 70's styled hard rock ,put this split out thru Lookout Records back in 1999. I like the Donnas ,but I prefer the early stuff ,when they were aping the Ramones.The Toilet Boys ,well,I've never seeked out any of their other stuff ,so I can't really speak on them,other than to say ,their lead singer looks like a girl ,but is not! This is pretty rockin' though! On pure white vinyl (see pics in zip)

DYNASTY - I Don't Want To Be A Freak (But I Can't Help Myself) b/w Your Piece Of The Rock

Substansial disco/funk ,from this band's first single,1979. I think The Sylvers are tied in with these folks.The pic is from their 1st album ,which also has these 2 songs on it.Dance your freaky ass off! Side b could be a tune that Prudential Insurance could use on their commercials,ha ha.

This great thing is from Sweden,and the 7" features all Swedish bands. Entombed covers The Stiff Little Fingers,Doll Squad covers Venom,and Teddy Bears cover The Runaways.The zine has interviews with each band,and a cool comic,plus more.The songs are not available elsewhere,so you never heard 'em.

SASQUATCH -The Man,The Myth,The Compilation - double 7"

I think most,if not all,these tracks are unavailable elsewhere,besides this comp.As you can see from the back cover,NOMEANSNO covers the Ramones and the Dave Clark Five.The other bands are okay,but NOMEANSNO really speed it up,and punk it out!That's what I'm talkin' about!
