"Inhuman Intentions" is a brutally raw EP, recorded in a single take with no edits, channeling an unfiltered, cathartic release of rage.

the EP digs into the complex darkness of the human nature, exposing the parasitic hunger that drives "people" to exploit others' pain and suffering. It’s a ruthless exploration of deception, and the false image made up to hide true intentions.

Through its aggressive lyrics and intense guitar riffage, the EP captures the disgusting reality of false empathy, toxic cycles, and the struggle against those who prey on vulnerability.

On the second album "Solace in Virtue's Absence", a journey was set to encapsulate entropy through meditative states, and dig within to raise better awareness.

Influences ranging from psychedelic black metal, tribal percussions, sludgy riffs and drones to create atmospheres, repetitions, build-ups, and raw brutality are the main focuses of the songwriting process. Delivering rage and frustration at times, melancholy and mystery are found throughout and transcendence, ritualistic themes that relate to the story within the lyrics.

“Beings from beyond receive a cryptic message from Earth, leading them to witness a conflict between two cultures. One of these cultures holds the key to the transmission‘s origin.”

The album was recorded in 2020 in Bizerte during the first Covid-19 lockdown, then the project was put on hold to release the one-track EP "Strive" in 2021. After a mini tour in Switzerland, the recording of the vocals was finished in late 2022. Then the release was delayed for personal reasons.

We try to dispose of negativity to raise potential, but chaos is order yet undeciphered. We Scoured the horizons, we strived for the ultimate price... Did we find Solace?

“The Golden Age'' is the third album by Tunisian Progressive Death Metal act BROOD OF HATRED. After the sophomore album “Identity Disorder”, which was released to critical acclaim in 2018, Brood of Hatred are back with their highly anticipated third full length release. “The Golden Age” is a phenomenal showcase of inventiveness and talent, as we witness how solo band member Muhammed Melki’s signature Death Metal sound has further moulded into something monstrously progressive and experimental. Brood of Hatred unique style mixes the ferociousness, speed and musicianship of the most extreme metal with sorrowful and dark landscapes of sound, and it is bleeding with oppressive and enigmatic melodies.

A trance-inducing journey to the boundaries of sound, where the memory of past events will open a portal to the Future.

BIO

Brood of Hatred is a Tunisian Death Metal act founded in 2010 by Muhammed Mêlki, with no specific boundaries on genre or philosophies. The project presents haunting atmospheres that guide the listeners through a progressive journey of unconventional extreme music.

After self releasing one EP and one single in 2012, the project released their debut album “Skinless Agony” via Crime Records in 2014. This was followed by their new single “Observing” (2017) and their sophomore full length album “Identity Disorder” (2018) again via Crime Records.

On the 5th of March 2021, Brood of Hatred will release their third full length album “The Golden Age” on digital and CDs via Brucia Records.
