Since 2018, the band “Fate of Faith” has been conquering the stages of Europe and fascinates their audiences time and time again. A lengthy process of self-discovery and the goal of eccentrically oriented music making brought the four guys, from Eastern Switzerland and Liechtenstein, to what is portrayed in their latest album “...till death do us part”. Recognizable, captivating melodies - the usual heaviness combined with exciting rhythms - a hidden message or symbolic feeling behind every expression, word or verse. Fate of Faith, the Swiss Melodic Alt-Prog Metalband conquers every stage with their unique compositions. They set out to capture the essence of the feeling of not finding a place to fit in. Thus, most of their songs deal with the topic of mental health. 

They try to grab the thoughts of all the people that are not able to put them into words. Representative for them Fate of Faith converts these thoughts into lyrics and melodies. Equal to the seemingly endless forms of psychological challenges, their songs vary in musical aspects such as tempo, mood and depth.

Intentionally exploiting the power and alleged innocence of religion to guide others to the downfall of all is faith's fate.

Fate of Faith was founded in December 2016 by frontman Jonas Grünenfelder and former bassist Dominique Ackermann. In spring 2017 they got to know their current guitarist Noah Laternser via the "FindmyBand" website. After the official entry into the band, however, a one year-long dry spell followed. During this time no progress was made, written songs were not completed and there was not much activity.

In the early summer of 2018, Jonas Grünenfelder registered the band for the 2018 Mischufe in Sargans. The ulterior move here was to leave the band after this gig due to the inactivity, but still be able play the written songs live at least once. So the first appearance would also be the band's last.

Patrick Sahin, who played in Dominique Ackermann's second band at that time, was hired for this performance. All songs were finished and practiced within 2 months. 

After the performance everything turned out differently than planned. The positive feedback from viewers motivated the band to keep going.

The band then applied for various performances and together with the participation in various band contests (SPH Music Masters, BandxOst), Fate of Faith was able to play 14 shows in front of a live audience in 2019.

The band released their debut album "Black Heaven" in October 2019.

With the entry into the SPH Music Masters Final 2020, they actually wanted to set the start to another successful year with many performances. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, most performances had to be postponed. 

Still, the band got to play in the BandXOst contest final in fall of 2020. Just before the show, Dominique Ackermann left Fate of Faith. Kevin McFlannigan, good friend and producer of their upcoming EP, filled in for this performance.

In December 2022 Fate of Faith released said record "Selfless Devotion". An extended player consisting of five Songs that deepen their band-name's meaning. This release was put together with their temporary bassist Severin Lutz, who joined the band in the summer of 2021. 

When the band's spirit dropped due to miscommunications, divergent opinions and goals during 2022 a change was needed. The attitudes concerning the future and genre of the band between Severin Lutz and the rest of Fate of Faith led to a consensual replacement of the bands bassist. In spring of 2023 Raphael Schlauri joined the band after his audition revealed a likeminded and motivated persona which fit the Fate of Faith perfectly.

The first project with the new constellation "Odium", a Single featuring Finlay Sky Davey (Kids in Cages, Taped), confirmed the band's revived spirit, becoming one of Fate of Faith's most successful releases. Producer Raffaele Ventruto and Roger Szedalik will continue to play a big part in the band's future projects.

In Fall 2024 the band toured Europe for the first time together with their friends in UNLSH stopping in Dornbirn (AT), Vaduz (FL), Frankfurt (DE), Cologne, Munich, Leipzig and Usti nad Labem (CZ). 

With "...till death do us part" Fate of Faith ushered in a new era. The concept album that features various physical and musical artists is the first step of the band's progressive journey. 

"Melodic Alt-Prog Metal" describes the combination of groovy thrash-metal riffs / clean and atmospheric sections / pure, rockesque vocals / melodic guitar solos / unexpected implementations of unique instruments / use of time time signatures.

ATOMIZATOR RELEASE "NUCLEAR BOOZE PATROL"

Hailing from the toxic war-torn wastelands and neon-drenched retro-futuristic ruins of 2029, where the rain is acid, the slime is green, and the leather is studded, ATOMIZATOR first awoke from their cryogenic slumber in 2015. Their mission was simple: to contaminate the musical landscape with face-melting visions of red-hot lasers, sludge-covered highways, urban desolation and atomic liquor, without firing so much as a single warning shot. 

Their first full-length debut album, "Nuclear Booze Patrol", was recorded in May 2023 at a secret bunker (REC Studio) in Geneva, Switzerland. Furiously pounding their way through the defenses - and eardrums- of the unsuspecting listener, ATOMIZATOR's sonic assault combines razor-sharp riffs, a pummeling rhythm section and a venomous vocal attack that delivers grimy, no-holds-barred, balls-to-the-wall thrash/speed metal with minimal frills and maximal might that is guaranteed to provoke severe whiplash, mental meltdown and a healthy dose of thermonuclear intoxication. 

When asked to describe their musical philosophy, the reply of the gasmask-clad, shotgun-wielding, molotov-sipping thrash commando was short and simple: "We strike with force."

Formed in 2012, Swiss thrashers Comaniac gained acclaim with their self-released debut, "Return To The Wasteland," crowned as "THE Thrash Highlight 2015." The 2017 release, "Instruction For Destruction," via SAOL, showcased growth, with tracks like "COAL" gaining international radio play and media attention.

Extensive touring ensued, supporting acts such as OVERKILL and METAL CHURCH. In 2018, they embarked on the "Kamikazee – The Spirit Of Japan" Tour, introducing a Japan Edition of their second offering through CAPTURED RECORDS. Following a 7-inch split with US outfit IRONFLAME and a 2019 European tour, 2020 brought their third album, "Holodox," produced by Tommy Vetterli (CORONER), receiving critical acclaim.

In 2021, they toured Switzerland with BURNING WITCHES and played major metal festivals. The momentum continued in 2022, joining VEKTOR (USA) for the "Activate Europe 2022" Tour, performing 26 shows consecutively. Anticipation grew in 2023 with the announcement of their fourth studio album, "None For All," and a deal with WORMHOLEDEATH. The album, set for a 2024 release, has already garnered attention from international magazines, praising it as their most mature work to date.

WIZARDS OF WIZNAN is composed of five musicians who have played in various bands of the Valais metal and rock scene in Switzerland. Together, they offer you a set that is both nervous and soaring, alternating atmospheric atmospheres and heavier riffs. Some clear voices give way to an aggressive guttural vocal, supported by strong rhythms and a very efficient bass-drums combo.

It is in 2019 that Wizards of Wiznan emerges from Vegenand, a vanished locality once decimated by the black plague. After a first EP with Stonerdoom influences entitled "Experimental Brew" signed to MTAF Records and several remarkable concerts, Wizards of Wiznan found its new direction with the recording of a first album in 2022 and the admission of a new member.

Behind thick walls of distortion and powerful, cavernous guttural vocals, the band now offers heavy music that wants to reach the heart and soul. Mixing their numerous sludge, doom and black influences, the musicians propose a sound that is brutal and intense, carefully handling the brutality of the riffs and the softness of the atmospheric melodies. Through a dark and misanthropic exploration of the human condition, Wizards of Wiznan's themes are essentially about loss, illness and death, and draw their inspiration from their home region.

Swiss death metal band Vomitheist are the latest purveyors of sick, festering death metal that imbibe the best elements of the classic death metal bands and give the music a twisted interpretation of their own. They somehow manage to blend the HM-2 driven Swedish death metal sound with the ugly, slimey sound propagated by the likes of American bands such as Autopsy and make it work exceedingly well. Vomitheist take their time to flesh out their compositions, making the riffs punchy and nasty, and ensuring that they stick out rather than get lost in the miasma of cosmetic distortion. The music of Vomitheist works on the basis of excellent songwriting alone; the rest is bonus. Truth is, on their debut full length itself, they have nailed it all - substance, sound, aesthetics - and delivered the complete package. Despite oozing with filth, the sound upholds the crunchiness and possesses enough clarity to allow for each note to be deciphered. It's topped off with equally sickening artworks by Aesthetik Art which have been utilized here to provide the best merch options, including a fitting beige coloured one. It's nigh impossible to fault this release - where this kind of death metal goes, this is as good as it gets.
