It's my turn ...

Yep, it's my turn to what we call have a free post over at the Flying Unicorn.

Creative Team duties are spread around the team throughout the month and it's my turn today to share a little creativity.

But I have to say, that I was only half-pie organised last night and realised that I hadn't whipped up another project ... good intentions and all that.

So last night, it was panic mode.

Today though, it's all about ... colour me purple.

I love the colour purple, I truly do. There are those that 'hate' the colour, so hopefully my projects will inspire those that dislike the colour a wee tad to perhaps be a little creative.

So here we go.

This tag was made using one of the Kaisercraft collections ... and I have to say that I really did drool somewhat when I heard that this colour combination was being released.

And in the forum at the moment Alda has a monthly challenge this month all about playing with matchboxes and I hope that you find time to join us.

Using a few of the 6x6 papers from 7 Dots - Cold Country paper pack and yep, I picked up on the purple tones in the papers ...

on my topper, a selection of Manorhouse Creations flowers ...

I've used Kaisercraft pearl brads as my drawer knobs.

The green leaves came from one of the Flying Unicorn monthly kits last year ...

And there you have it ... colour me purple ... it's a gorgeous colour ...
