Sometimes I forget to share some of my creations on my blog.
These photos are of Nathan from last year - his final year high school photos.
You know the ones ... the individuals, the class photos, the sports photos, all of those ones, that the 'official school photographer' comes into the school to take.
And me being me, I always purchased them ... just cos.
The special keepsakes.
He was even wearing his prefect's tie in these photos.
Well I don't get to do that any more, high school is now kaput!!!
I've played with three or four masks on this layout. I've also played with gesso, distress inks and my favourite of the day ... my gelatos ... loving these things.
Throw in a little Base Coat from Kaisercraft and a little Class Act [quite appropriate really], a little distressing and I was done, just like that.
Right then, enjoy your weekend people.
Keep warm and dry.

That's one amazing layout Michelle. No more college photos, next lot will be cap and gown for graduation (oh and possibly a few drunken student ones lol).

Love your layout . And the mixed media techniques. Definitely a stunner
It's a stunner!!!!Your techniques of MM are surprising!! I too adore "Gelatos". It is a pleasure for the eyes!
Congratulations Michelle!
Love this. Love how you used the bricks and the mask!! Amazing LO.
This is an outstanding masculine page. Loving those goregous layers and the colors.
LOVE this - may have to scraplift it! What a great job making school photos look grown up and masculine.
I can't believe N is at Uni now ... you will have to make sure somebody is taking photos while he's away, so you have something to scrap!
What a lovely masculine layout Michelle - great job!!
