Dominus was one of those bands who altered their style with every release, and I personally think this is their best offering. View to the Dim is more death metal, but also suffers from a very poor production. This disc has its faults, but really it is an underrated death groove gem from a time in the mid 90's when a lot of European death metal bands were experimenting with different elements in their styles. You may know that front man Michael Poulsen went on to form the rock-a-billy band Volbeat, which was also the title of the 3rd album from Dominus.
