Drift Of Genes has been at it for a while now and I have their 2014 album posted here but haven't listened in a long time. I like this new disc; the songs have a heavy groove that appeals to me. Their lineup shows 2 original members remaining, the guitarist and drummer, both guys, but the only recent band photo I found shows only the guitarist and bass player, both not guys. These 2 guys are good musicians, they just need to drop the slammy vocals. Use them for effect, not as the full time style. Either way though this isn't bad, and if you like the vocals then I would think you should really like this disc overall.
