This issue came out on April 2007. This issue feature Die Brucke from Halifax. We also got to interview Jill Heath one of the most important show promoters from the early Toronto hardcore scene. Aaron Brown interviews Joey Shithead from DOA. Greg Dick reviews the Mods reunion show. there is lots of reviews and show listings.

Nomind "Tales of Ordinary Madness" LP

This was Nomind's only official vinyl release. It was made up of a collection of recordings done at Reaction Studios between August 1986 and May 1987. Originally it was to be released on Fringe Records, but the label didn't like the artwork, which seems insane to me. Anyhow Lone Wolf Records to the rescue. Thanks Jill. The songs on here are:

The artwork for the top of the flyer is from the "Choke on Thus" LP which was released in 1987. This would have been the second time Rhythm Pigs played Toronto. The first was at the DMZ in 1985 when "An American Activity" was out and they were playing most of the songs from the first LP which included the "Peanuts" theme song.

Some skinheads showed up to this show. The Hammer skins were known for being racist skins. they were denied entry to the show, so they tried to break in through a side entrance and the crowd pushed them out. The show was stopped and then 7 Seconds broke into a rendition of Colorblind, which Ray Cappo from Youth of Today did the rap vocals in the chorus too.

This was a huge show. A lot of metalheads were at it. I remember hearing DRI play songs like "5 Year Plan" so "Crossover" was about to come out. Aggressive Rock was a co-sponsor and I remember Brain Taylor working the door. And I remember a huge circle pit.

This was a legendary show. It was probably the biggest show ever in Toronto from a hardcore perspective. This was the first big crossover show. I remember seeing loads of metalheads at this show and I remember them being a bit more violent in the pit, but it was a learning process. We were trying to figure out how to get along. The Ukranian Hall is now a Buddhist Temple. The "Corssover" album had just come out and DRI weren't as good as the time I say them at Ildiko's. But this show has it's place in T.O.'s history books.

Another big Jill show. Articles of Faith come in from Chicago. I think this show may have got Jill to start a label called Lone Wolf Records because one of the first releases was to be an Articles of Faith LP. Dead End opened up this show and October Crisis came in from London to play.
