Tijuana Bibles "Party Rockers" CD

I believe this is TIJAUANA's BIBLES final release. I think they are done, but what a way to leave us. "Party Rockers" doesn't let up with "Nuggets" inspired garage that draws on all the influences of the 60's from surf to go go to beat to garage. It also incorporates the likes of SERVOTRON and the RIP OFFS and Mexican wrestling iconography to make a deadly mess of this music. This time around the Bibles cover Beat Happening, the Cramps, and the Dundrells to go along with 8 new originals. Released by Trophy Records.

Zine - EXD, VOLUME 3, ISSUE 1

This issue came out in January 2003. This issue featured an interview with the Tijuana Bibles who were a super group of local garage musicians with a Mexcian wrestling theme. Daragh Hayes interviewed DS-13 when they were on tour in Japan. A year in review for 2002 is in this issue. Lots of reviews and show listings and gossip.

Tijuana Bibles "Siesta Fiesta! " ep

A brand new 3- song self- released ep by this local surf- garage quintet of scene veterans. The ep opener is a humourous back and forth between the Crippler and Super Destroyer set to the bouncey blues bottom end of Blue Demon. It's a fun lo-fi carefree number "Jet Pack" is an instrumental with the Felina Negra's organs taking the lead. The song has all the creepy eerieness of an Ed Wood monster movie space flick. It is airy and casio-like with all the trappings of a K-Mart Hallowe'en soundtrack In this song the guitars and bass work much better for a tough working man's surf sound. "Sleep Mask" rolls along like tumbleweed in a Spaghetti western. It has the air to it of siesta right before a Mexican shoot out. Fans of SHADOWY MEN FROM A SHADOWY PLANET will dig the Bibles, but prepared for a little more darker, creepy sound to your Mexican surf. (Trophy Records / PO. Tijuana Bibles "Custom Made" CD

The Tijuana Bibles were a super group for garage punk in this city featuring Craig Daniels of the Leather Uppers on guitar, the Blue Demon on bass, and Stacey Case on drums, among others. This was the band's first full length and it was released on Tear It Up Records out of the Netherlands. The songs on here are:
