15mm Hovels - European Buildings

Its about time I put up something new up that I've painted during the lockdown.
I've had these collection of Hovels buildings for a few years now, I bought them at a show all prepainted. I've given them all a new coat of paint as they were all previously painted the same dull beige colour.

What with the plastic houses I picked up at a show a while ago, I've enough buildings for a extremely large town.

Stacks more than I actually need, but you know what its like........

More FIW buildings and the Depressive Diplomat & the Ferret's Giveaways!

More stuff that's been collecting dust over the last few years in my drawers. These are I believe all  from Hovels?? I could be wrong?? Hopefully they'll all be attacked by the French and Indians very soon!!! These are all from Hovels ACW range, but like the previous buildings they should all fit the FIW era as well.

Edwin over at Thoughts of a Depressive Diplomat is having a blog Giveaway, he's got 9 prizes to giveaway so get on over and sign up, you've got until Sunday 8th, so you better be quick! I've got my eye on the Khyber Rifles book, unfortunately so have a few others!!!!!
Also I need to help promote the Laughing Ferrets Givaway too, the Ferret 11 books, figures and dice prizes to offload, his ends on the 1st September, so its a little bit late to plug but better late than never so they say!!!!

Just managed a measly 5 posts this month, I think I need my old job back!
Oh woe is me..................

Back to the buildings!

My favourite room on the right, its the only place I get any peace and quiet!

15mm FIW buildings

The brush has finally come out of the "I really can't be bothered box" and helped me splash a little paint on these 15mm buildings. Two are from Hovels 15mm ACW range, but I'll be using them for my 15mm French Indian War figures. The first building is 19AC5 and represents Stone House that served as a hospital in both battles of Bull Run. The second building is JR4301 Brawners barn from Manassas made by JR minis supplied in the UK by Magister Militum. The last little building is again from hovels ACW range. 2AC5, Log Cabin with stone chimney.
I'm in the middle of painting more of these plus a few other 15mm buildings, after such a long hiatus in painting, I thought I'd paint something reasonable easy and quick, as well as the fact that they've been sitting in the "Paint me please"box for an age!!

Lastly I've two blog milestones coming up soon, I hope? I'm only 1 away from having 700 followers and I'm only just over 1500 visits away from the magic 500K.
