15mm Italian Renaissance Buildings

More building I've had for far too long and not got around to paint, until now that is.....These are sold by Magister Militum in the UK and are made by JR buildings. They do sell a large collection of the Italian Renaissance buildings but boy are they expensive!!!!! But unfortunately for me I need to buy a few more and add them to my collection! Dammit!!!!!!
These are to go with my large 15mm Renaissance army that have not had a game for 7 years. I'll have to get a few pics of them taken as well me thinks!!

15mm FIW buildings

The brush has finally come out of the "I really can't be bothered box" and helped me splash a little paint on these 15mm buildings. Two are from Hovels 15mm ACW range, but I'll be using them for my 15mm French Indian War figures. The first building is 19AC5 and represents Stone House that served as a hospital in both battles of Bull Run. The second building is JR4301 Brawners barn from Manassas made by JR minis supplied in the UK by Magister Militum. The last little building is again from hovels ACW range. 2AC5, Log Cabin with stone chimney.
I'm in the middle of painting more of these plus a few other 15mm buildings, after such a long hiatus in painting, I thought I'd paint something reasonable easy and quick, as well as the fact that they've been sitting in the "Paint me please"box for an age!!

Lastly I've two blog milestones coming up soon, I hope? I'm only 1 away from having 700 followers and I'm only just over 1500 visits away from the magic 500K.

Recently painted No 38 15mm FIW Mobile Forge

At SELWG in September I bought loads of various wagons from different companies, to make a large wagon train for my French Indian Wars project. This fine piece of equipment comes from Hallmark Miniatures, here in the UK sold by Magister Militum, the codes are CW002a and CW002. As I'm collecting figures for a large skirmish game I thought these would be a great addition to my British army, I've painted their breeches red, but I'm sure I may use them as French from time to time as well, that is when I've finished the rules and had a few games!!!! The first 4 pics are of the crew working hard, the Blacksmith hammering away, his assistant holding the metal and the lad pumping the bellows. The last 4 pics are of the mobile forge in transet, ready to be attacked by the marauding Injuns!!!!!
Also I'll be using this as a piece of scenery for my NYW project and I don't see why it can't be used well into the Napoleonic Wars too.
