Showcase for Horror!

Continuing now with another monsterously macabre look at mannequin madness, and as a collector of said related subject matter myself, I'll go ahead and tell you this: DO NOT ABUSE YOUR MANNEQUINS! Because it's all true I tell ya, --TRUE!! From the August 1952 issue of This Magazine is Haunted #6, featuring some interestingly weird art by Leonard Frank.

The Man Who Saw Too Much

As some of you continue to roam the dusty halls of the THOIA Archive in search of an answer to our contest question (see last post), here's an epic supernatural Fawcett 10-pager from the Oct '52 issue of This Magazine is Haunted Vol. 2 #7. There are some nice atmospheric touches here, anyone know the artist? [Turns out it's Leonard Frank, though the cover artist is unknown. -- Nequam]

Lady or the Tigress?

An interesting art style that I can't quite put my finger on (looks familiar, anybody know who this is?) [GCD credits it to Leonard Frank, whoever he might be -- Nequam] is the highlight of this cool Cat People rip-off from the February 1953 issue of This Magazine is Haunted #9. (Love that transformation panel on page 6!)
