Jay Ellis Eleven Times

A couple of weeks ago I shared a photoshoot of actor Jake Lacy that was promoting his series All Her Fault -- it's only right I also share these Jay Ellisphotos that dropped today (via) too then, since they're both on that same show. I mean I was going to share these photos anyway because LOOK AT HIM, but then I looked up what he's promoting and realized it was the same series -- which I have not watched -- and here we are. I suppose I should ask if anybody's watching this show then? It's stuffed fulla hotties apparently so at least one of you must be. For now we'll stuff out hotties here though, or rather after the jump...

I'll admit that T.V. is not my main focus and especially not shows about sports, but I'm still surprised me seeing this gif of Jay Ellis on Tumblr this morning was literally the first time I'd heard of a Netflix show called Running Point, which stars Kate Hudson as a woman who takes over a basketball team -- to be honest I usually wince when I see Kate Hudson's name (not a fan) so that might've happened. But the rest of the cast includes Justin Theroux, the great Drew Tarver of The Other Two, and adorable Max Greenfield, along with the stunning Mr. Ellis, so... yeah I probably still won't watch this. But at least now I have heard of it and know it exists and can keep my eyes peeled for more from Jay of this sort! And with this Jay Ellis has earned himself a tag on MNPP, everybody wish him congrats! And if you watch the show please tell me why I'm dumb for not watching it in the comments. 

Do Dump Or Marry: The Top Gun Boys

 

Popping in over the holiday weekend because this set photo from the Top Gun sequel demanded it -- that's Miles Teller, Glen Powell, and Jay Ellis posing their studly stuff from the immediately... well it might be early to say "iconic" so let's say revered, the immediately revered beach football scene. (Iconic.) I might have had a lot of mixed feelings on the movie (read them here) but this scene went into the "strictly positive" column, that's for certain. You can click that image and make it much bigger, but as you do that why not also hit up the comments below and give me a round of the ol' "Do Dump or Marry" for them three fellas? That's where you pick one fella to have one single solitary boink-fest with (Do), where you pick a different fella to pop out the airlock like poor ol' Goose (RIP Goose) had done to him back in the day (Dump), and one fella that you'd unite in holy forever matrimony with, at least until the Supreme Court outlaws gay marriage again (Marry). Have at it and happy Memorial Day, horndogs!

 

 

Shovin' Into Overdrive

I missed a press screening of Top Gun Maverick while I was away so I'm not sure if I'll make it out to see the sequel or not -- I'm still not going to public screenings, especially with COVID numbers on the rise here in NYC (and everywhere else). But at least I can look at these photos of Glen Powell for Men's Health and make some "vroom vroom" noises (in my pants) and pretend. 

Vroom vroom, y'all. I mean. They knew what they were doing with that photo. Sheesh. There's also a workout video at the link, and photos of Glen's TGM co-stars Jay Ellis and Danny Ramirez to boot. (See them below, with a poll!) And it sounds like all the critics who did manage to see the movie thought it a fine summer blockbuster, which doesn't really surprise me -- Tom Cruise, as foul a human as he might be, has honed his craft down to a sheen.

Glen Powell Busts Out the Big Guns

I have completely lost track of when the Top Gun sequel is supposed to come out -- I posted its first trailer in July of 2019 for god's sake -- but Vanity Fair was kind enough to give us this semi-update slash reminder-this-movie-exists in the form of a portfolio of its younger stars, i.e. the Not Tom Cruises of the bunch. Oh and I guess the Not Miles Tellers as well, but fuck that anti-vaxxer Miles Teller -- I don't even like speaking his name now. Anyway that does mean that we get a lot of Glen Powell and Jay Ellis being real comfy with each other and also lots of brah-goofing-about, and I'm good with that. Hit the jump for all the photos...

GGQ did a photo-shoot with all the hot guys from the show Insecure (it is very much worth checking out in full) reminding me that I have really got to get around to watching Insecure already - as if all the times I have posted hot-ass Jay Ellis weren't reason enough already, for goodness sake. Anyway since I haven't watched the show yet I am unfamiliar with Y'lan here for now but I very much look forward to making his further acquaintance...

I posted pictures of Jay Ellis naked on HBO's show Insecure back in November and asked if I should be watching the show then and none of you answered me so I didn't start it - now it's in its second season and they have gone and gotten jay Ellis naked some more and so I am asking again: should I be watching it? They know what they have in Jay Ellis (and in Jay Ellis' spectacular ass, to be certain) so clearly they have some control on what's important all around.
