Darren Barnet Thirteen Times

I know when I will finally actually see actor Darren Barnet, you know, acting -- I will see his supposed intended skill set when the Road House remake with Jake Gyllenhaal and Billy Magnussen comes out, since he's also in it. But it still feels a little silly to be here on my third post starring his nips (here is number one and here is number two) and to have never seen him in a single thing save, you know, all of those photos of his nips. Alas nothing on this Earth will get me to watch the teen series Never Have I Ever that he co-stars in as I decided long ago I value my time so silly I'm just gonna have to feel until Road House.

Anyway these photos are via something called Timid magazine -- there's a new damn magazine every week! -- and there's also an interview, if you're so inclined. (I resisted saying "if you do not value your time," how adult of me.) I know and y'all know and I know y'all know that there's too much content in the world and there's no possible way to keep track of it, even for a nose-to-grind pop-nerd like me, and so when I tell you that I have literally never heard of Netflix's comedy series Never Have I Ever, which is apparently about to drop a second season, I feel as if you'll forgive me. And until just now when Interview Magazine shared this photoshoot (there's also an interview) of the show's leading man Darren Barnet I'd never heard of him either. But I have now taken note. His name and visage (cross-referenced with "good hair" and "great eye color") has been scribbled down in the databank, I promise you. Hit the jump for the rest...

Happy Monday, y'all. I'm draaaaagging this morning but let's dive in, as it were, with this InStyle photoshoot of Never Have I Ever actor Darren Barnet -- this is the second time I've posted photos of Mr. Barnet (see the first time here, I recommend) even though I still haven't watched that Netflix series, which is from creator Mindy Kaling... whatcha gonna do, look at him. Am I supposed to not post these photos? I thought so. And anyway in the InStyle interview he says he is fine for the moment being sexualized. I can see why. Pics of the Day

Back when the Road House remake was shooting (I assume it's finished shooting by now) I had a little Twitter thread going with pictures of some of the boys (like Billy Magnussen and Darren Barnet) social-media posting from the set and I'd wondered therein why leading man and Nu-Swayze Jake Gyllenhaal wasn't showing up in anybody's posts. Was our boy keeping to himself? Really I just wanted to see what kind of shape he was in though, so I was happy today to stumble on these month-old photos of Jake posing on the set with UFC maniac Conor McGregor (who Jake will supposedly fight in the film) because LOOK how Jake's abs are literally showing right through his shirt! And those arm veins! We are in for a goddamned treat y'all.

Pics of the Day

The new Road House premieres tomorrow at SXSW and all the boys have been sharing set photos on their Instagram -- I've shared a lot of Jake Gyllenhaal'sset snaps  here on the site but he's not the only one; click here to see some notble ones that Arutro Castro has shared as well. The testosterone flowed free on that set, for sure! Anyway leave it to Billy Magnusson to show up and win the game with the above photo of himself (and co-star Darren Barnet, who we've shown a liking for before) rocking a speedo (click to embiggen).
