Laugh were indie band from Manchester formed in 1985. After recording couple of singles and one album "Sensation No.1" on Sub Aqua label, in 1990 they recruited Stella Grundy on vocals and changed their name to Intastella.

The Sandkings were Jaz Mann (Vocals), Glenn Dodd (Guitar/Backing Vocals), Dave Brown (Bass) and Terry Kirkbride (Drums/Baking Vocals) from Wolverhampton. They played catchy, jangly indie pop.
They were named after a 1981 collection of sci-fi short stories by George R. R. Martin (called Sandkings).

Their first four singles were released on their own Long Beach Records - the first, "Rain", featured a singer called Andy Parton, before they recruited Jas Mann as their lead vocalist. They toured with other West Midlands bands including The Wonder Stuff, Pop Will Eat Itself and Ned's Atomic Dustbin as well as being the opening act for the Happy Mondays and The Stone Roses in the early 90's.

In 1992 band broke up due to musical differences between vocalist Jaz Mann and the rest of the band. Jaz went on to form Babylon Zoo and gained the #1 spot in over 20 countries with the single “Spaceman”. 
Welcome To England is their only album.

WANTED: Eusebio - Accept Your Lips (Unreleased 12'' White Label Promo)

 

 

I'm looking for obscure early 90's UK baggy band called Eusebio. They recorded one single called ''Accept Your Lips'', a 12'' white label promo single that was sent to DJ's, clubs and radio stations for promotion but never officially released on any label.

It's very hard to find any info on the net, here is comment that somene left on great Bagging Area blog:

''Eusebio were a Brighton band formed from the ashes of The Milk Sisters, who also had connections to The Wolfhounds. Eusebio played a number of gigs during the early nineties baggy boom and were supposed to become the South Coast's answer to Flowered Up, but sadly never got signed. Their proximity to London, fashionable footy name and a handful of strong live performances are what got them touted in the Face, but yes, no recorded material''

I'm looking for early 90's indie dance / baggy called Alphadream. It's very hard to find any info on the net, i've tried on usual places, there is no page for them on Discogs, nothing on google, on youtube there is video for song called ''Gone Is Your Bride'' from 1992 but sound quality is very poor. Someone on youtube  commented that they were selling self produced CD's at their gigs. And that's it.
