When it came to monsters, even Harvey Comics' RICHIE RICH got in the act in 1975. Dracula, The Wolf Man and Frankenstein's monster scare the daylights out of Richie and his pals in "The Frankenstein Gang", drawn by Ernie Colon. The cover is attributed to Warren Kremer.

MILLIE THE LOVABLE MONSTER NO. 1
This cute, cartoony character was created, written and drawn by Bill Woggon. Dell picked him up after he was unceremoniously canned by Archie Comics after receiving a telegram (very personal, wouldn't you say?) from publisher John Goldwater in a thinly-veiled message telling him his services were no longer required. This was after Woggon had created and produced their Katy Keen title since 1945.
MILLIE THE LOVABLE MONSTER was first published in 1962 with a cover date of September-November. It ran for six issues, but only three were originals; the last two were reprints of the first two issues.
