Born to a Russian count and a ballet dancer, Yvonne Monlaur (15 December 1939 – 18 April 2017) passed away last Tuesday. For genre fans, Miss Monlaur is best remembered for her roles in CIRCUS OF HORRORS, THE TERROR OF THE TONGS, and especially, BRIDES OF DRACULA.

Monlaur exemplified the charm of the sixties sex symbol. She lived in Paris.
