It was a hot, humid afternoon in Singapore when I spotted this huge rotating fan on a street corner. I zoomed in as close as I could, because it seemed to me that there was a security camera a few inches to the right of the fan. That's one way to keep cafe patrons cool in the open air, while ensuring their safety. And if you look carefully, you'll notice three different colours on the walls - pink, yellow and mustard. I guess you could say I'm a big fan of keeping cool.
