This is a very nice recording from the last tour for the original Jimi Hendrix Experience. By mid 1969 Noel Redding would leave and be replaced by Billy Cox. Mitchell would remain to play with the Band Of Gypsy Sun and Rainbows that played Woodstock. He also played in the 1970 version of The Experience of 1970 with Billy Cox. Jimi Hendrix died September 18, 1970 at the age of 27, from asphyxia by choking on his own vomit, while intoxicated on barbiturates.

Nazareth on tour to promote their 15th album, The Catch. Nazareth was back to it's classic 4 man line-up after the departure of Billy Rankin. Billy would be asked to return to Nazareth after Manny Charlton announced his retirement in 1990. Billy remained in the band until 1994 when Jimmy Murrison joined the fold. Through out the guitar player shuffles the rhythm section remained intact with Pete Agnew & Darrell Sweet holding down the bottom end. Darrel Sweet passed away April 30, 1999, at the age of 51, from a heart attack while on tour in the US. Pete Agnew's son Lee took over on drums. Pete is now the sole founding member left in the band after Dan McCafferty announced his retirement from the band. Dan suffers from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and can no longer find the strength to tour. He hand picked a his own replacement and said he will always be involved with Nazareth. Some where I have a recording with the new singer, I'll find it then post it later.
