Hi everyone, I have to thank all of you that left messages of hope for my surgery. I must also thank those who said prayers for me as well! Words can not express how much they warmed my heart. I have been home since the 12th of January. My catheter was removed on 20th of January. I have a total of 7 incisions that are healing really well. In fact the smallest of them has completely healed, and all my "stitches" have fallen off. Yesterday was the first time I sat in my computer chair since having my prostate removed. It can be a bit uncomfortable but tolerable for a few minutes at a time. I had an appointment with my family Doctor for a follow up about 4 days ago and he said I look great and everything is healing nicely. My next check up with my Cancer Doctor is in about a month. This will be to see if my PSA numbers are at zero, zero will mean cancer free....
