Thor is attending a science demonstration...with a surprise inventor:
Wait...what?!?!
So wait--Henry Pym didn't invent synthezoids?!? Don Blake did?!?!? Done Blake, whom we thought was just your standard medical doctor?!?
Well, not only is the android remarkably intelligent...
...he's also quite invulnerable!
Wait a minute wait a minute wait a minute!!!!!
So Don Blake--OUR Don Blake--can invent androids with IQ's of 375 and unbreakable skin?!? He's not just a medical doctor, but a genius at computer science and robotics and synthetic biology and physics and...
So Don Blake can do this, WITHOUT the occasional lapses into madness and schizophrenia and other personality quirks of Tony Stark and Hank Pym?!? I f Don Blake had just poked his head into Goliath's lab and said, "Hey, fella I think you're off by a few decimals in some places...," the world might never have had Ultron? Some friendly advice, and Tony never would have had to do Armor Wars or The Crossing? Where the hell has this Don Blake been for the past fifty years?
Due to tinkering from an evil scientist, the android blows up (even as he sacrifices himself to save everyone). And after that, Don Blake's ultra-science abilities never seem to be heard from again. Ever. It's just back to good old medical doctor with no particular expertise in other high sciences.
Where the hell did this Don Blake go?!?!?!?!?
