BREWERIANA: Midwest of Cannon Falls Porcelain Budweiser Wagon and Keepsake Box (2000)

While we're doing Budweiser posts, let's take a look at this nice little wagon/keepsake box I bought some years back. I'm not a Budweiser collector per se, but if it's something I can possibly use on the train layout, then okay. The wagon and horses are made of porcelain and while string is included for the reins, I decided not to mess with it for the photos. The wagon is more appropriately sized for 'S'-gauge than it is for 'O' but it looks good enough on the layout. The wagon measures 2" (5,08cm) L x 1.25" (3,17cm) W x 1.75" (4,44cm) H and is about 11.5" 29,21cm) L overall.

BREWERIANA: Budweiser Clydesdales Visit Nellis AFB BX 22 Mar 2019

After posting the Matchbox Anheuser-Busch wagon the other day, it occurred to me I may have more Budweiser related posts to do. I've posted the Budweiser Clydesdale's and wagon as part of air show coverage in the past but this series of photos is a bit different.

Back in March 2019, the Budweiser Clydesdales visited Nellis AFB. While I've seen them on the flightline during air shows, there have been a couple of times when they visited the Base Exchange (BX) and this was one of them. Bettina ended up taking all the photos for this visit while I made sure the granddaughter didn't get get rambunctious and wander all over the place. It was a bit difficult getting wide shots as this all took place in the confines of a parking lot, but Bettina managed to get off some great shots nonetheless.
