Setting up the Captain Blood and The Buccaneers playset was the last thing I did with the Pirate toys before packing it all away. It was a lot of fun and my grand daughter even helped with the set-up! The board this was set up on was meant for our seasonal train displays but it was a lot of fun putting it to use for the playsets before breaking out the trains. What I really enjoyed about Marx of Miami was their willingness to mix and match toys from different companies to put together a playset with a cohesive theme. While 'Marx' was emblazoned on the box, these were MPC recasts. Pictured here are all the MPC items included in the set, except for the ships, which will be covered in other installments. Enjoy!
