TRAIN TIME / CIRCUS TIME: K-Line NABISCO Train - Pt 9 Final by Don Huovinen

Long time blog reader and fellow Plasticville Collector's Association (PCA) newsletter contributor, Don Huovinen, has graciously provided the following scans of the "NABISCO Gifts and Collectibles Catalog Holiday 1996" edition for this post. 

K-Line made a lot of licensed train sets, some of which appeared in their own catalogs while others only appeared in catalogs produced by the licensee (as in this case). The train set we've been showing the past few weeks never appeared in anything K-Line produced, but did appear in this NABISCO 1996 listing. I need a bit more time to prepare the next post for this train set (and try and clear the cobwebs from my head) so I'm gonna toss in these pics of the track, transformer, and the 1996 Catalog that the seller included with the sale. It should be noted that this particular train set is not in the catalog posted here, however the catalog is still really nice. We'll cover this sets' inclusion in other K-Line paper in a future post. An O-27 oval of track was included in the sale. I have to wonder whatever happened to the original set box given that every other component of the set was intact and included in the sale?
