Payton Products, Inc. Little Green Army Men - Pt 49 Airplanes: Pt 14 Mini-Fighter Jet - Sabre - Blue SP

The Sabre was the Cold War's premier fighter jet and is instantly recognizable. While Payton's other planes may be generic, there's no mistaking the swept back wings and lines of this one. It measures 2.5" (6,35cm) L x 2.625" (6,66cm) wingspan x .625" (1,58cm) H.

Payton Products, Inc. Little Green Army Men - Pt 48 Airplanes: Pt 13 Mini-Fighter Jet (Large) No Wing Tanks -Mint Green SP

This Payton mini-fighter jet is a about the same size as the Sabre jet but a bit larger than the olive green jets shown in the photo below and measures 2.5" (6,35cm) L x 2.625" (6,66cm) wingspan x .625" (1,58cm) H.

Today's featured bird is in the middle.

I have no clue what this awkward looking plane was meant to represent, however, it does somewhat resemble an F7F Tigercat which served from the end of WWII to 1954.
