How cool is this: a beer named after me? 😁 I have to admit that this is one of my cooler pieces, I mean, what's the chance of coming across a stein with your name on it! My notes say there were no maker's marks on the piece which is apparently why I didn't take a photo of the bottom. Be Blessed and Relish Life! Ed

BREWERIANA: Kapaun AS, GE Kissling NCO Academy Beer Stein 1989

While stationed in Germany, I lucked out when it came my time to attend the NCO academy as it was only about a 30 minute drive up the road from our house at Kapaun AS. Here is the souvenir beer stein from my time there. Enjoy! Opa Fritz

'CG' (Coppercraft Guild) Copper Beer Stein - 1970s

Ummm, before it gets too late in the day and I get more distracted than I am already, let's look at another beer stein or mug. Like yesterday's vessel, this one was a present for being in the wedding party of yet another wedding (somewhere around 1976)! Cool huh? Only this time it's not fine English pewter ware but rather fundamentally good made-in-America copper-smithing by Coppercraft Guild.
