'The Flintstones' Movie Prop Cast Resin Repo Time Card

This is the last of my Flintstones movie props. While this was not an actual prop used in the movie, the seller had claimed that it was made using the same mold as the one they used to make the screen-shown cast resin props. It had come with instructions on painting it the brown/tan shades that you would have seen in the film, but those instructions are either lost or buried out in The Cave (same thing actually). The time card measures 9" (22.86cm) H x 5.5" (13.97cm) W x 1" (2.54cm) D.

I couldn't find any real good screen grabs of the 'clocking-in' sequence, but this was close. Notice though how many time cards are shown - I see at least eight!

'The Flintstones' Movie Flintmobile Candy Container - Unk Mfr

As part of our new mini-series of Flintmobiles (or Flivvers as they're sometimes called), here's a nice licensed tie-in to 'The Flintstones' movie which came out in 1994. This HP container holds 0.4oz of hard candy and is still widely available today (they must've made billions of these!) often times still with the candy inside. It features likenesses of John Goodman driving with Dino riding by his side and measures 3 3/8" (8.57cm) L x 2 1/8" (5.39cm) W x 2" (5.08cm) H. Enjoy! Opa Fritz and Oma Bettina

Mattel The Flintstones Motorized Cave Cars #65907 The Flintmobile

As time permits I'm gonna be posting a whole slew of Flintstone Flintmobile's or Flivver's (they tend to be referred to by both names). Digging into the big box of Flintstones stuff I came across a whole bunch of these little gems and have slowly-but-surely been taking pics of them. Some of them will be going up for sale on eBay but some are keepers - for now :-)

Way back in Auig of 2013 I posted this 'The Flintsones' movie tie-in version of the Flintmobile with a likeness of John Goodman behind the wheel, but the post only showed the mint-on-card toy. Well, that toy got sold off years ago but somewhere along the line I ended up with a loose example and now is as good a time as any to present it. The toy measures 4.25" (10.70cm) L x 2.75" (6.98cm) H with a friction motor. Enjoy! Opa Fritz and Oma Bettina

'The Flintstones' Movie Advertising Mobile

It's been a long time since we posted anything Flintstones but I've been trying my darndest to clear things out of The Cave (doesn't appear to be working) and I came across this box marked

'FLINTSTONES MOBILE DOMESTIC'

I had never opened the thing since buying it many years ago!! DOH! I didn't know what the heck was in it and thought for sure it was a toy of some sort. To my surprise it was an advertising display for the movie "The Flintstones" which came out in 1994. The mobile was still in great shape except that the large cardboard piece had bent after years of storage. The display consists of a main piece, two "THE FLINTSTONES" hangers, two Bamm-Bamm/Dino hangers, and a clip with string to hang the mobile from the ceiling. If one were to hang this up I imagine the cardborad would eventually straighten out as the weight of the display would cause it to bend back to it's original shape - or?

The main display is in the form of the Flintstones car with the main cast of characters riding in it. Bamm-Bamm and Dino appear to be sitting on the roof of the car. The main display is 25 1/2" (64.77cm) H x 19 1/2" (49.53cm) W. "THE FLINTSTONES" hanger is 14 1/2" (36.83cm) L x 6 1/2" (16.51cm) H. The Bamm-Bamm/Dino hanger is 8 /3/4" (22.22cm) W x 7 1/4" (18.41cm) H. The mobile is now for sale on eBay.
