Our Thomas Toy Triplets series is now complete with this Military Police Jeep in blue hard plastic. It's a shame that Thoimas Toy never change the white heat stamped lettering for this - at least just a little - because this would have made a great USAF Air Police Jeep back in the day. By the time I got in the service in '78 they were called 'Security Police' and today are referred to as 'Security Forces'. My blue sample shown here is probably the worst condition-wise in the three that I have. For one in nearly pristine condifiton you can expect to pay $50+. Enjoy! Opa Fritz and Omna Bettina

Thomas Toy Military Police Jeep - Red HP
Here's the second of the Thomas Toy Jeep Triplet we're offering up for your perusal, this one in a bright red hard plastic. Red is not a color one would associate with a military Jeep but it was quite common to mold plastic toys in the '50s in bright shiny colors, irregardless of what they're meant to represent. I have seen this toy in mixed colors without Military Police heat stamped in white on the hood, so Thomas Toy definitely made a purely civilian version of this. My sample shows the typical condition one sees today when buying these - missing windshield, steering wheel, and antenna - at least the G.I's are intact. Speaking of which, yesterday's featured Jeep had a civilian driver and today you'll notice it's loaded with all soldiers. Enjoy! Opa Fritz and Oma Bettina
