Marx Unknown Set#: Pt 3 R.R. Station and Billborad

This is the last of the Marx cardboard buildings I bought a month or so ago which belong to an unattributed set number. Along with the three buildings there was a billboard which is included here as well. They measure:

R.R. Station; Walls 6" (15.2cm) W x 3" (7.6cm) D x 2/3/8" (6cm) H
                Including Roof: 7 3/4" (19.7cm) W 4 1/4" (10.8cm) D 3 3/4' (9.5cm) H

Billboard: 5 1/4" (13.3cm) W x 2 1/8" (5.4cm) H

Enjoy! Opa Fritz and Oma Bettina

Jaymar #255 39 PC Railroad and Village Construction Set - Pt 3 Railroad Station

In Part 2 we looked at a building which didn't come with the smaller 34 piece sets, the Church. Today, we'll feature a building that did come with the smaller sets but in modified form. The Railroad Station in the Jaymar #255 set not only has a nice 'stone' platform but a baggage cart as well, both lacking from the smaller set. The envelope art depicts two different baggage carts but I believe the auto, which we'll feature in a later post, was substituted for the second cart in my set. As I stated yesterday this whole compilation was quite a wreck and the photos testify to the condition it was in when I acquired it. It will definitely need a little sprucing up to make it presentable. The station w/platform measures 10" (25.4cm) L x 7" (17.8cm) W without ramp or 9" (22.9cm) W with ramp x 4 3/4" (12.1cm) H. Enjoy!

As stated in the previous post, the scans are presented here in raw, unedited form allowing you to make whatever changes you see fit.
