Great band on Led Zep's Swan Song label. This disc was recorded as a promo disc for radio stations and never was released to the general public. Detective had lead singer Michael Des Barres (husband of super-groupie Pamela Des Barres who turned actor and was Murdoc, one of Macgyver's arch enemies), guitarist Michael Monarch (original lead guitarist in Steppenwolf) and Tony Kaye (original keyboardist in Yes).
