46c8b9e3281498915a826ff26f81e608
TRANE KOBE '66 COMPLETE! SOUND (VERY MUCH) IMPROVED! MANDATORY DOWNLOAD!
OU: One of the best Naima version EVER! Garrison solo is really good and has a really good sound! After some 200 (but more likely more) hours of work I am honored and proud to offer to you all this great concert!

16a - MFT - Piano solo shortened 00:51
20a - Leo - Piano solo shortened 01:20

There' s no interuption between MFt and Leo they were played continuously! Thanks to Flambay (Cristian Reichert) who did the speed correction, especially on the tracks that needed variable pitch adjustments (tracks 06-07-11).
Sound Quality from C+ to B- see below for a more detailed analysis track by track

Lineage > 2 dime torrents > Audacity (high pass filter (default value) - normalizing - noise cutting ) > TLH (sbe- flac)

Reportedly recorded under the recordists chair. some foot tapping is evident. this tape is complete and unedited. NOTE: as with all other circulating copies, indeed the master, there are many speed fluctuations and overall it is a very flawed tape.
That said, Naima is beautiful, and MFT is the longest known version from the tour.
very OUT! We are lucky to have this.
enjoy!

Note from seeder: This is from the CD "A Love Supreme" from Castle Pie Records. It was manufactured in England. Although no date is given, it says that this was recorded in 1965 in Antibes, France. The best guess is 7/26/65. Date taken from:
http://home.att.net/~dawild/jcdisc65.htm
"Impressions" was not played on 07.26.65. It is most likely from 07.27.65
(Day 2 of 'Juan-Les-Pins Jazz Festival'). "A Love Supreme" Suite was originally on one track. Taking the cues from the official CD on Impulse, I placed the track markers as close as possible, although they could be incorrect.

audacity (cuts -volume adjusting - retracking) > TLH (sums , SBE , flac 8) > Dime

Stereo radio Broadcast
The work on the sound was made mainly on Chim Chim Cheree which had the the 2 channels with volumes sometimes very low or here and there inaudible where It was possible I corrected the problems of 1 channel with the other Channel Plus I cut off in 2 or 3 places some noises where the tape was more worn out (around 4:40 4:60)

As for Impressions i Cut off 3-4 noises during Bass solo Sound Quality A- for Chim Chim Cheree and A for Impressions
