Show/Recording Notes:
- A couple different CDR versions were used & mixed to present this offering. All versions are from the same tape recorded source. The main source I used was from a better quality (including less hiss) & longer in length, but still fragmented.
- It appears that the original recording was done using the "tape-saving" method, where there are cuts between almost every track. This is one of the most fragmented recordings I have.
- Unfortunately, it appears that someone intentionally messed with this recording, but putting portions or tracks out of order.
- I have one track that is less than 0:04m (<4 seconds) long, which may be a problem for certain softwares to burn, so please be aware, & put that track in the location you want. That track is a short comment by Joe, "We're going to do a short instrumental". This was found on the downloaded version & another version I had between the tracks "Red House" & "Walk This Way". WTF was it doing there?! When I discovered that short intro, I only had the one instrumental "Bone To Bone". Then as I compared each & every track, I discovered "Break Song" hidden (not listed) on a track after "Heartbreak Hotel", which was on the downloaded version & my other version. So now we have two different instrumentals where Joe's short dialog could fit before, therefore you may place it where you want - Enough.
- Next we have "Rockin' Train", which previous to the downloaded version usually & commonly traded in the position between "Think About It" & "Let The Music Do The Talking", but that's the incorrect location. I personally believe the poor performance of "Rockin' Train" (especially the Drums, sorry Ronnie) had someone intentionally cut it out on some early trades (obviously someone close to the band), but when it made its way back into the traded version it was placed just before the last track because of the comment at the end of the track ("We're gonna play one more"). Two reasons why it doesn't belong there: 1 - the last song performed of the set (not the encore) is "Think About It". 2 - The downloaded version does not have "Rockin' Train" at all, but is basically seemless between "Think About It" & "Let The Music Do The Talking". Additionally at this time they were performing "Rockin' Train" after "Walk This Way" & that also puts it before the last track of the regular set (not the encore) & it sounds like the same recording as the rest of the tracks. Wow!
- Also there were different comments between tracks from the people recording the show, that was not on all three versions, so again I went through each & every track & included everything. It's really noticable on the comments before "Walk This Way", which was only found on my older commonly traded version, & not on the downloaded version. The merging of everything may not be perfect, butI believe this is now the most complete & best sounding version we have, until a low known gen becomes available.
- The second half of the downloaded version really starts to get slower in pitch & is really noticed in Joe's comments near the end of the show.
