Holy shitballs! Another week gone and dusted! Before too long we’ll be entering December and we will be knee-deep in the Stoner HiVe Top 20 Countdown of 2025! And we hope you all will vote for that once the time comes. We’ll announce the two week deadline, somewhere end November. Deadlines! Been struggling with a few for the rent-paying-work. But we’re getting there! Luckily we have all that grandiose music playing while we work. That makes everything alright! And we even managed to write a few words about the dark and doomy P+A+G+E+S released and the stunning Khan album. And let’s not forget Bentrees! And we are honored to premiere their new full sized album Silver Veins, this Wednesday on Stoner HiVe! So, we hope you will check in then and that you will check out the Top 10 Most Listened above. Good morning! A new week is once again upon us, a week that will see the April Doom Charts go live. Did you manage to be a part of the Doom Charts Friday Freebie madness? Free codes were strewn like confetti last Friday. Hope you caught something. There were definitely some posts last week. Jon McGough came out swinging with a brilliant write-up about a brilliant album called Lifted From The Wind by Temple Fang. We wrote about Thammuz, Motorpsycho, Ghost, Tier, Void King and put up songs or videos by Museums, Lorquin’s Admiral, Sour Blood and Dozer. We were honored to bring you the FULL ALBUM PREMIERE for Void Kings’ The Hidden Hymnal: Chapter 2 and extremely grateful to receive a gift from the Grey Czar guys. Euarthropodia on Orange vinyl, and I have thing for Orange vinyl.. Marvelous! A week that in review looks busy enough. Well, let’s hope for a similar one this week. We’ll see, cause we still have some big stuff to finish up as well…

This list should have gone up on Monday of course… But we were incredibly busy with all those Favorites of 2023 lists from all of them cool Doom Charts Contributors. But since we’re nearing the end of that run… Time is opening up. So, here’s that list. Topped by that new On An Island album by Sivert Hoyem. Stunning new work! And Pumping Flamingo underneath, featuring members of that amazing The Brigade band from Norway. Les Moontunes came at us from Remi VL, and yes, we dig that weird and psychedelic jazz! And now, we’ll try to get a few things done in the next two days before we head off to Austria for a bit of off time and snowboarding…
