  The Lost Jockey - The Lost Jockey [TWI 062 BEL 1982 24-Bit 176.4kHz FLAC] The Lost Jockey, named after a Magritte painting, were a minimalist & modern classical ensemble formed by Andrew Poppy, John Wesley-Barker and Orlando Gough in the early eighties. They recorded just one album for Brussels based Les Disques Du Crépuscule Records and a ten inch EP for the label's Anglophile division, Operation Twilight.  The trio surrounded themselves with like-minded musicians for this album, recorded live at the London  Film Makers Co-Operative & Wortwell Mill with Gareth Jones working on production matters. Given the somewhat limited pressing runs from Crépuscule at the time, it is now quite rare and in significant demand by minimalist genre collectors. It has never been repressed or released as a compact disc, making this rip possibly the cleanest you are likely to find.
