The Velvet Underground - The Velvet Underground & Nico [V6-5008 USA 2000 24-Bit FLAC] The first of two albums I once owned earlier pressings and offloaded those for eighties mid-price compact discs. I am not too sure which pressing of this iconic record is the best - I'm sure there are many opinions - almost as many late seventies and eighties alternative rock bands were influenced by the contents. I'm also not sure if any digital remasters would sound too good. Warhol's rough and ready production is almost the perfect fit for Verve's Y2K dodgy repress!
