Thick Pigeon - Too Crazy Cowboys [FACT 85 UK 1984 24-Bit FLAC] One of the most unusual albums ever released by Factory Records was Too Crazy Cowboys by the mysterious Thick Pigeon. Back in 1984, there was no marketing, no internet, no social media, only word of mouth. I recall a good friend and myself scratching our heads studying this sleeve at Rough Trade in Ladbroke Grove back then, confused and strangely tempted. We had very little money in those days as a student income rarely stretched far enough a packet of cigarettes, however I had already obtained a significant chunk of the Factory catelogue thanks a part-time job in my Manchester days, however London was expensive and vinyl purchases needed to be a little more considerate.
