A VMP club membership account threw this old seventies classic my way earlier this year, on orange'ish vinyl (bloody GZ again), however in a splendidly packaged die-cut chrome gatefold sleeve, complete with all the usual Vinyl Me Please trimmings. Mastered by Kevin Gray at Cohearent (makes a change from jazz) but not likely from the original analogue tape (VMP tend to advertise the fact) therefore possibly a digital transfer, not that these ears can tell ....and it does sound bloody amazing.
