Iza was enjoying the lush outside.

Ayla wanted to get out.  But it was dark.

She checked all parts of the door, but "no go".

Marley was enjoying his chair tent.

And doing the Jazz Paws on the cat tree.

It was a good indoor day for Ayla and Iza.  A bit of napping...

Ayla and Iza were calm...

There were a LOT of rattley mice (both Ayla and Iza loved them).  

 And sometime in the night, somecat went nuts and wrecked stuff...  Nocat admitted who, but it was impressive!

Flashback Friday

MARLEY:   Well, this week in 2011,  I was enjoying a good game of mousie tag.  "Tag, youre it"!

They arent very good at it though, because they never come back to tag ME.  So I have to tag them AGAIN! 

 So I just stood real close to make it easier for one ta tag ME.

But after a while they just sleep for a long time...

  ................

This week is this week from 2009...

LC was still with us and she and Iza got along well.

LC was healthy and happy then.  

Ayla wasn't getting along with Iza though.  They tended to watch each other carefully.  Looking around corners was good.

 But you can sure see the difference between a Siamese and even a Siamese-like Tonkinese here...

Ayla was trying to squeeze out the barely-open deck door at night (she couldn't).

Iza didn't bother to try.  If Ayla couldn't, she knew she couldn't.

An intruder cat visited...

Iza could wait for daytime to go out.

And later enjoyed somne chin and chest scritchies.

This week in 2009, Ayla caught and subdued a Blue Jay.  Even for a cat (and Ayla was a small one at about 5 lbs then), a Blue Jay is a seriously aggressive and fierce bird.  But she showed off her agility with that unfortunate Blue Jay...
